Directions: Go on the internet and do research on different types of scholarships available to you. Fill in the Scholarship worksheet with scholarships that you would be interested in applying for.

Tell us about a personal quality, talent, accomplishment, contribution or experience that is important to you. What about this quality or accomplishment makes you proud and how does it relate to the person you are?
| Directions: 1. On a word document retype the prompts accurately (like your interview questions) before you respond.2. Create an outline to organize your answers to ALL of the questions in each prompt. 3. Each prompt should be a minimum of one page but not exceed two pages. |
