1. Today you wrote out a guiding question for topic 1 and topic 2, both on separate pieces of paper.

2. On those same papers list different questions, phrases, key words, etc. that can be entered on a search engine to help you research more efficiently.

NOTE: For more help on creating research quality web-searches refer to the "Google and Beyond" hand-out.

1.Read the handout on researching.
2.Visit one of the links at the bottom of the sheet (or on the Research Resource Tab above) and do research on your Topic #1 and #2. On the back of the sheet, write down two links that were your favorite and explain why you liked them best.

2. Do research on your essay topics 1 and 2. Find 2 good sources and fill in the research worksheet.
