- SPELLING
- GRAMMAR/PUNCUATION
- ALIGN PICTURES SO THEY LOOK NEAT
-ADD ANY MISSING INFORMATION 

2. Practice your PowerPoint 
-MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO PRONOUNCE EVERY WORD ON YOUR SLIDES 
-MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT EACH SLIDE IS COVERING
-COME UP WITH GOOD EXAMPLES AHEAD OF TIME [do not just wait until you are presenting to come up with examples on the spot]
-THE MORE TIMES YOU PRESENT, THE EASIER IT BECOMES.
-PRESENT AT LEAST TWICE TONIGHT.
